The art of option and compromise. Know when to negotiate and when to use alternatives – and how to trade, not concede.
This focuses on team dynamics, conflict resolution, delegation, planning and collaboration. Delivering excellent customer service, effective communication, and handling difficult customers, resulting in an environment that creates loyalty.

The Skills Bootcamp is a tailored training programme, founded on coaching rather than presentation, that addresses the unique challenges salespeople face with clients. With over 33 years in sales, I empathise always with delegates, understanding their market and challenges.
This is a 16-week course with 60 hours of learning total, leading to a level 3 qualification with the Institute of Sales Management.
For this Skills Bootcamp, you are required to be self-employed or under PAYE. No previous knowledge is required.
You must be over the age of 19 to be eligible (born before 31 July 2005).

You’ll need a laptop/desktop with a camera, microphone, and reliable internet.
Upon successful completion of the Skills Bootcamp, you will receive a certificate. There are further business support resources locally via the Business Growth Dorset website and nationally via the Business Growth Service website.
If you are self employed you do not need to pay.
If you wish to upskill your own teams, as a business you will contribute a portion of funding (10% for SMEs, 30% for large employers), while the Department for Education covers the rest.
